V.V. Pharmatech cGMP model octagonal blender is designed to process a large volume of material i. e. around 80% of blender volume . It facilitates forming a homogeneous final product from two or more dissimilar raw material . It is most ideal for lubrication of granules & homogenization of multiple batches into single batch.

SALIENT FEATURES

Machine structure is made of 55304 round pipes avoiding all sharp edges & flat surfaces, thereby reducing dust settling and accumulation.
Contact parts are of 55316.
All gaskets are hmade from food grade silicon. Octagonal bowl structure is properly balanced. Precise ‘0-0’ angular, positioning of the same is done through proximity sensor/encoder.
AC frequency drive is an integral part of all blenders which ensures smooth starting & avoids jerks & vibrations. It facilitates in the varying of blending speeds as per requirement.
All machines provided with MIMIC panel.internal baffles are provided to break the lump that may be formed.
Inbuilt CIP system
