V.V.Pharmatech cGMP model Rapid Mixture Granulator achieves granulation in the following process steps : Mixing of material at a very high impeller & chopper speed for few minutes. Addition of liquid binder by pouring it on the powder while both impeller and chopper are rotating at low speed. Wet mixing with both agitators at high speed.
